Movers were careful with my things and quick. Office staff was helpful, friendly, and transparent.

I moved September 27 furniture and many fragile items. from storage facility to an apartment. I had many empty boxes that were tore down and still wanted for moving. They took all of them and broke many fragile items. I’ve tried to get ahold of management and never replied. I’m very disappointed and upset. Moving already is stressful enough and that happen. I paid a lot to move. veyy disappoint

The team was a man short on moving day, but it turns out that it didn't matter. One of the guys, Ben, did the work of two normal men. That guy is incredible! Whatever you're paying him isn't enough, I guarantee it! Great, professional service all around.

The movers were extremely polite and professional, and did everything we ask him to do. Our move was a success. We will definitely refer two men and a truck to everyone.

It's like the team was reading my mind. They moved and placed things with care and attention to detail. They were each very polite and appropriately communicative. This was a wonderful experience. The guys arrived early, got straight to work, and made quick and simple work of moving my belongings to the storage container outside. This is my second experience with TMAAT in Northern Kentucky and the office team and the moving team are always top notch!
