From furniture pick up and storage, until delivery, the Kalamazoo TMAAT team did a great job. Literally NO damage to either house, or to furniture. The estimate was accurate, the office was responsive, and the moving teams were professional and efficient. Would unequivocally use them again.

Your customer service is great! The office staff and moving team all did their best to communicate before and during the move. Thank you for that. My only feedback is the delay in arrival. The window I was given was 12:00 - 3:00 PM. The team arrived around 4:30 PM. The move was completed around 9:40 PM. That makes a late night for everyone.
