The 2 men helping us with our move were great. Mac explained every part of the pick up and delivery process. Both Mac and Marcus were great communicators, providing explaination and asking questions when needed. They worked hard and were very careful with our items and property. Both are fine young men and I would be happy to use them if I needed to move again. A great experience.

Jose at the office was great. We scheduled the move for 3 men but only 2 showed up. Chris and G were great, absolutely great, but obviously the job took a lot longer with 2 guys than the agreed upon 3. Yes, the invoice reflected 2 guys, and I understand things happen but it was honestly a hassle for me, the customer, to have to pitch in with the move bc it was understaffed.

The two men I had moving a large sectional were efficient and effective. They were professional and got the job done quick. I was very impressed and would highly recommend their moving services.

The movers were nice. They moved quick in the beginning then they had a little hiccup unloading my stuff in the apt. I have a sofa bed and when they were coming up the stairs, the sofa bed came out on them. So that held them back and took longer than expected when trying to figuring it out. After they left, i noticed my head board for my bed was loose. I just tightened it up myself. All good!

My move was smooth and well organized. I commend Roosevelt and Kwan for working so hard. They were very nice, kind, and way over the top courteous. I will definitely recommend them and your company.
