We were extremely happy with our moving team, Jamal and Ronnie. They were very nice, friendly, polite and efficient. They went above and beyond our expectations. The moving team seemed disorganized. Spent too much time discussing my move. One associate was in my bathroom for 30 minutes. My move was not complex. I felt like if they were better trained and organized it would have taken less time and less stressful for me. They created issues. Also, they did not have my apartment number first thing!

My movers Jose and Daniel did an amazing job getting my items to my new place — very quick, efficient, friendly and careful.
My only issue actually has to do with the reason they were slightly late arriving to the job — a mandatory safety meeting running long. Obviously they have no control over that, so perhaps the company can better plan their meetings when the movers have jobs to get to.
