Doug and his crew of five total guys were amazing. They packed and moved us across the neighborhood in 2 days into a five bedroom house. They were incredibly helpful, fun, kind, safe, and took excellent care of everything. Our move was half as long as we anticipated because they worked extra hard and changed the strategy to make it happen more efficiently for us on day one when they realized we had 3 young kids and wanted to get it done as quickly as possible. Can’t say enough good things about this crew and the move. This is our third move with Suddath. We moved from Philadelphia to Minneapolis, across our neighborhood, and then across neighborhood again. Three moves in 10 years. All excellent. I will have them move our family next time too. Look no further. Thanks for everything!

I could not be more happy with the customer service provided by my moving Team. Davina, Angelika and the moving team of Jordan, Chop and Quinn were phenomenal. The moving team was polite, kept me informed of everything they were doing, and they were so efficient and just nice. They made a stressful situation much easier. I was especially thankful that the same team who loaded up my items was the same team that unloaded them to my new home. They were just a great team and I’m so happy with the service I received!

Joe and Chris crushed it. Communication throughout the process was top notch. They were friendly and courteous on both ends of the move. Constantly updated through your the move making it effortless on the receiving end with a timely delivery on day #1 of our window which of course was awesome. The packing was professional, well wrapped and labeled with 0 damage or loss. I’ve moved cross country multiple times and this company and these guys were the best. Thanks very much for the job well done and the laughs. You guys are funny and made a stressful move a little more fun. If you get Joe and Chris for your move, you’re in great hands. They can move your items in a timely manner. But if you have questions or a problem arises, they never answer the phone and you will need to figure it out by yourself. Our shipment was misestimated by a lot and we ended up having to tow a large quantity of our items because our truck driver was freaking out and none of the suddath reps would answer the trucking companies phone calls or ours.

I have been serving this amazing country for over 26 years and have transferred over 11 times. This last move was by far the worse experience ever. The disregard and negligent handling of my personal property is shameful and should be embarrassing for a company that moves our service members and their families. After submitting my claim, I was denied and was provided false information. I did my rebuttal and was not contacted. Over 2 months I was lied to, saying someone would be contacting me back when they never even tried. Finally after get ahold of a supervisor, my claim was denied again with no answer to my rebuttal nor provided all the inspectors report when asked for it. I am only one of thousand of service members who go thru this painful process and to be treated with such disrespectful. Mr. Scott Kelly, as the leader of government services division, I would love to share my awful experience and not only help myself but to prevent future disrespect to those sacrifice their lives everyday. Suddath says they pride themselves in relocating over 30,000 military families, we will see. I look forward to hearing from someone. Gerald Morey
